1、 首先，从你的电脑上下载它，然后使用iTunes软件，然后用数据线将iPhone插入你的电脑。

一个是帐号问题，一个是访问限制问题，一个个排除、 如果是帐号问题，表现为更新弹窗，要求输入ID和密码，如果之前没用过第三方助手安装软件，那么输入自己的ID和密码就可以，如果之前用第三方助手（比如快用）安装的软件，那么只能在第三方软件中更新，可能还需要闪退恢复；
如果是访问限制问题，那么你就安装不了所有软件，解决方法是设置-通用-访问限制，将安装应用程序打开。
