3月24日，针对“安徽合肥两家门店出现食品安全问题”一事，半天妖烤鱼官方微博发布声明，我司本着对触及食品安全红线“零容忍”的态度和严格规范管理制度的执行，将涉事两家门店进行永久关停，不再对外营业。
截至目前，未发现其他门店有类似问题存在，现已全部正常营业。
垃圾桶拿回食材继续上桌
今年2月下旬至3月上旬，有媒体记者先后进入安徽合肥两家半天妖烤鱼门店卧底暗访，发现涉事门店存在使用过期食材、从垃圾桶拿回食材继续上桌、缺斤短两、违规办理健康证等多种问题。
记者在半天妖烤鱼唯品奥莱店的后厨工作多日观察发现，解冻后的鱼即便存放时间已经超过保质期，后厨的工作人员并不会废弃，而是会继续使用。
在半天妖烤鱼家天下店，后厨的冰柜上还贴了各种食材的保质期限。但记者发现，负责备菜的阿姨并不会照此执行，年糕、脆皮肠、千张等各种过期的食材依旧会被端上餐桌。她曾向后厨的其他同事转述门店负责人的要求：“只要不臭，都能继续用。”
8年开店千家
非首次出现食安问题
据半天妖烤鱼官网上的公开信息，上海半天妖餐饮管理有限公司总部设立在中国上海，“自2015年创造出第一条青花椒烤鱼以来，已在亚洲开设连锁门店1000多家。”
去年9月，山东省东营市市场监督管理局的全市餐饮环节食品安全监督抽检中，利津县半天妖烤鱼店抽检的自消毒餐杯，检出大肠菌群。11月，青岛市市场监督管理局发布的食品安全监督抽检信息通告显示，胶州市半天妖餐饮店使用的小碗（自消毒），大肠菌群不符合食品安全国家标准规定。
今年1月15日，北京市朝阳区市场监督管理局对近期餐饮业食品安全大检查进行通报，半天妖烤鱼卜蜂莲花北苑店由于存在未按要求进行信息公示、未按规定建立并遵守进货查验记录、出厂检验记录和销售记录制度、未按规定定期维护、清洗、校验餐饮服务设施、设备等问题，被责令改正，并给予警告的行政处罚。
上海闵行区市场监管局约谈
半天妖烤鱼总部
安徽合肥两家“半天妖烤鱼”存在食材问题被曝光后，引发网友关注。
3月20日，上海市闵行区市场监督管理局对上海半天妖餐饮管理有限公司（半天妖烤鱼总部）开展约谈。
针对媒体曝光的问题，闵行区市场监督管理局逐一向企业指出错误，分析原因，并提出整改措施，要求企业迅速落实，妥善处置舆情，避免类似问题重复出现。闵行区市监局要求该公司严格落实食品安全主体责任，认真学习相关法律法规要求，建立完善主体责任相关制度，依法配备食品安全管理总监、食品安全员岗位，按照要求开展“日管控、周排查、月调度”，总部应加强对门店抽查巡检，建立严格的加盟商奖惩制度，对不符合要求的门店立即整改，必要时关停整顿。

半天妖门店店长还是比较累的，但是工资+绩效+分红还是挺让人开心的，门店对于员工伙食待遇也是相当高的，你作为储备店长培训，尽可能多轮岗，熟悉门店的每一个工作站，不管是后厨还是前厅，哪怕是洗碗你都应该去锻炼，哪怕你将来是督导职级！高峰期你去其他门店看看，平时的很牛的督导，都在后厨洗碗！
