　　清香的茉莉花，是突尼西亚的国花，到处都可看到小贩兜售紮成一束束的茉莉花，男人买来掛在耳朵上，女人则别在胸口，非常有意思，有点像台湾的玉兰花，只是台湾的男人恐怕没勇气将花掛在耳际。而在当地五花八门的自製香水中，茉莉花香水算是相当普遍和受欢迎的一种。&&&&　　虽然突尼西亚有现代化的公路、交通工具，街头上还是常见驴子和马拉着拖车，缓慢地前进，与急驶而过的汽车形成强烈的对比。这裡的房子一般不是土砖的原色，就是漆成白色，在湛蓝的天空下，显得特别抢眼，而门的造型也非常特别，上端呈圆弧状，门面则颜色各异，缤纷炫丽。最特殊的是，如果你在一列白色的房子中，看到夹杂着鲜艳的粉红色门墙的房子，你就知道这是专门卖鸡、鸭、牛、羊的屠户，非常有意思。& &&　　在突尼西亚的每个城市，幾乎都有新城和旧城，当地人称旧城为「Medina」。旧城通常都很热闹，街道十分狭窄曲折，而且四通八达有如迷宫，有些街道从建築物中穿过，两旁的商店主要是贩卖纪念品和特产，例如：陶瓷器、阿拉伯式的鸟笼、镂刻的铜盘、银器、珠宝盒、珠宝、古董、香水瓶、服饰...，主要的对象是观光客，另外也有一些卖民生用品的商店。这裡的店员或非常热情地在门口向过往的观光客打招呼、拉生意，如果看到东方的面孔，他们会露出笑容说「空尼幾哇」、「阿里嘎多」，真是气人。向对于喜爱Shopping的人，逛逛旧城实在是十分过瘾的一件事，那些种类繁多的纪念品，非常具有特色，会让你一家接着一家逛，即便是卖的东西都差不多，你还是会心存发现新物品的期望，切记，要用力杀价，只是要拿捏分寸，杀得太多，店家认为你在污辱他，会有点不高兴。&&&　　突尼西亚 () 可说是北非地中海沿岸的一件活古董。最适合对历史有“浓厚兴趣”的人。就算看过金字塔和万里长城，突尼西亚丰厚的历史层面仍能满足你对历史的求索之乐。若照年表，这里曾拥有2300年前迦太基人的地中海文明、腓尼基文明、古罗马、拜占庭宗教文化、阿拉伯文化、土耳其鄂图曼帝国遗迹，还有近代的法国殖民文化。如果功课做齐，又有时间在这国家南北两头跑，你甚至能看到整段地中海历史在两千多年里的来龙去脉。
