怎么会这么大啊，这不科学啊，直觉告诉我这一点也不科学

你这应该就是核心内存存储了，这是很正常的。（这个蓝屏信息记录会比小内存转储详细的多）
小内存转储
记录有助于您识别问题的最少量信息。本选项要求使用计算机启动卷上至少 2 MB 的页面文件。如果选择该选项，每当系统意外停止时，Windows 都会创建新文件（大小为 64 KB）。这些文件的历史记录存储在“小转储目录”中列出的目录下。
核心内存转储
只记录核心内存，当系统意外终止时，核心内存转储存储了比小内存转储更多的信息，而且比完全内存转储完成的时间要少。文件存储在“转储文件”下列出的目录中。如果选择该选项，您必须在启动卷上有足够大的页面文件。所需大小取决于计算机中的 RAM 大小（尽管核心内存转储所需的最大空间仅为 2,060 MB）。下表提供了这方面的原则：

完全内存转储
在 RAM 为 2GB（或更大）的计算机上不可用。系统意外终止时，记录系统内存的全部内容。如果选中了该选项，则必须使启动卷上的页面文件足够大，以便容纳所有的物理 RAM，另外附加 1 兆字节的空间 (MB)。文件存储在“转储文件”下列出的目录中。
