九嶷山上白云飞，帝子乘风下翠微。 斑竹一枝千滴泪，红霞万朵百重衣。 洞庭波涌连天雪，长岛人歌动地诗。 我欲因之梦寥廓，芙蓉国里尽朝晖。 七律常识 七言律诗的简称。每首八句，每句七字，共五十六字。一般逢偶句押平声韵（第一句可押可不押），一韵到底，当中不换韵。 律诗的四联：首联，颔联，颈联，尾联。按照规定，颔联和颈联必须对仗。七律格律较严，二、四、六、八句要押韵，三四句、五六句要对偶。 朗诵

在长铺，右转上永蓝高速
& & 这里是蓝山县境，蓝山隶属永州市，位于湖南南部边陲，南与广东省连州市接壤，春秋战国时属楚，汉高祖五年（公元前202年）建南平县于此；唐玄宗天宝元年（公元742年）以境内“山岭重叠，荟蔚苍翠，浮空如蓝”而更名蓝山，沿袭至今。
& & 蓝山地处九嶷山东麓，地势由西南向东北倾斜，境内山、丘、岗、平区相互交错，以山地为主，是典型的山区县，全县海拔1000米以上的高峰258座，最高峰三峰石海拔1825米。南部山岭连绵，山区盛产松、杉和楠竹，并有水杉、银杏、黄杉、楠木、斑竹、方竹、龙竹等38种珍稀植物，林间山溪有娃娃鱼、猕猴、主要产地。中北部耕地宽广，土地肥沃，是全县粮食、油茶、茶叶、烤烟等农作物的主要产猴面鹰、香獐、麂子等珍稀动物60余种。位于三峰石南部的板塘自然保护区是九嶷山斑竹的区。矿藏有铁、猛、铅、锌、铀、硅石、花岗石等24种，花岗石石体面积占全县总面积三分之一左右，猛铁矿床规模巨大，储量达1.5亿吨以上，已列入国家重点开采计划。境内溪河纵横，水流湍急，是水电开发的理想之地。当楚尾粤头，素有“湘南门户”美誉，区位优势明显，北上长沙420公里，南下广州公里，省道322、216、314线交汇相通，永连公路穿越南北，即将动工过境的太澳（太原――澳门）高速公路更为该县的发展插上腾飞的翅膀。
& & 蓝山是舜帝南巡过化之地，以其踪迹命名者有舜水、舜源峰、舜岩、舜庙、舜嶷乡、望嶷亭等，并留下舜帝及其二妃的诸多传说。南朝骈文作家江淹、唐代著名诗人刘禹锡、明代地理学家徐霞客等历代名人，均在此留下过往足迹和诗赋文章。该县还是红军长征途经之地，红军标语保存依旧，毛泽东、-、-、彭德怀、-等在此指挥红军战斗的事迹广泛传颂。境内山水翠蓝，风光独特，其中峭塔凌云、舜水环带、嶷山远障、富阳平畴、古城烟树、东江夕晖、皇英故祠、夔龙古庙等古八景令人流连；今日之高峡平湖、俊水飞虹、东门朝霞、毛江秋色、牛塘口高架桥、尚屏铁索桥、舜瑶民俗村、南风坳风景区令人神往；南平城楼、总市旧城址、宁溪所城、塔下古寺、传芳峻塔、万年古桥、戴星三拱石桥、-水楼、道县治旧址等古遗址、古建筑风貌犹存；三分石、通心岩、姑婆岩、舜岩、南天石柱、地宝坪群岩 、滴水龙飞瀑景致迷人，美不胜收；更有瑶寨吊脚楼、长鼓舞、瑶家八音、坐歌堂、欢庆盘王节等民俗风情，增添了诸多美景，令人目不暇接。

& & 在这里，就进入了永蓝高速。永蓝高速公路，是国家高速(二广高速)湖南永州境内一段，即湖南永州至蓝山县（湘粤界）高速公路。日包括二广线永州至蓝山高速公路等全省15条高速公路集中通车。全长145.146公里，总投资概算107.92亿元。是南北纵贯内蒙、山西、河南、湖北、湖南、广东等6省份的二连浩特至广州国家高速公路在湖南境内（湘粤界）非常重要的的一段，也是湖南省“五纵七横”高速公路主骨架的重要组成部分。路线以特长隧（4460m）穿越阳明山，然后经麻江、清水桥、柏家坪、礼仕湾、宁远县城东的禾亭镇、上宜圩、祠堂圩、总管庙，从蓝山县城西通过，在岭脚村跨越舜水河后以特长隧道（3130m)穿越观音岭，经长铺镇以特长隧道穿越九疑山（6350m)，止于蓝山县南风坳（湘粤界），全程限速120，隧道80，路况优良。

& & 九嶷山国家森林公园位于湖南省宁远县南部，从京珠高速到衡阳，转衡昆高速到永州，再转永连公路可达，距永州120公里、郴州130公里、桂林140公里。& &
& & 九嶷山风景名胜区规划总面积200平方公里，人文景观和自然景观相互交错，融为一体，自然和谐。突出地表现了九疑山古雅、神奇、秀丽、险峻、独特的美感。九疑山北部为石灰岩山，海拔高300-1000米，峰林和岩溶地貌发育。南部为花岗岩中山地貌，海拔500米以上。系一亿多年前剧然的地壳运动，在炎热、潮湿、多雨的气候条件下，强烈的风化剥蚀，流水切割，加速了现代地貌发育。
& & 九嶷山自然风光如诗如画。九嶷山群峰拔地而起，层峦叠翠，万千峰峦，无一不朝向舜源峰，所以自古就有“万里江山朝九疑”之说。九疑山奇岩怪洞甚多，主要有紫霞岩、桃花岩、玉g岩等，其中紫霞岩被明朝地理学家徐霞客列为“楚南十二名洞”之首。九疑山是湘江发源地之一，水流清澈、瀑布众多、山光水色、交相辉映，美妙绝伦。“灌溪仙境”、“潇水涵青”、“高峡平湖”就是其中的著名景点。九疑山景区内，有大面积的原始次生林，特别是石枞、香杉、斑竹被誉为“九疑三宝”。
& &&&九嶷山不仅山美、林美、水也美，被誉为“高峡平湖”的小东江水库，堤高50米，四季碧波荡漾、水天一色，宛若镶嵌在高峡之中的一面明镜。泛舟湖上，近看石猴迎宾、白龙吐珠；远观黄河瀑布“飞
流直下三千尺”。碧涧幽谷，叫人疑是仙化之所。弃舟而上，可去东江垂钓，那将另有一番情趣。
散居在公园黄河度假区内的瑶族，勤劳勇敢、淳朴厚道。他们的服饰、文化、食品、村寨建筑，以及民族风俗都别具特色。度假区常是“空山不见人，但闻人语响。”绿树翠竹之中，枯藤老树之下，瑶家吊脚楼，红墙碧瓦的宾馆隐隐可见。游人来此度假，白天可攀山鹰石、象鼻石，赏心悦目，或到生动物养殖场大饱眼福；晚上把酒临风或夜宿吊脚楼，听涛声阵阵、小溪潺潺，哇声片片，趣味无穷。

　　宁远县的肉馅豆腐是有悠久历史的传统名菜。相传很久以前，九疑山下的一户人家，因兄弟不和，外出谋生时，一个往北，一个往南，但他们都非常孝敬自己的母亲，每年年初外出，到了过春时，就赶回来和母亲团年。有一年，哥哥买回了猪肉，弟弟带回了油炸豆腐，心灵手巧的母亲，就将肉和豆腐做成了香美可口的肉馅豆腐。团年席上，兄弟俩吃到这道菜，都感到味道鲜美，松脆可口，肥而不腻，多吃不厌。这时母亲语重心长地对他们说：“你们兄弟要像这豆腐丸子一样，团结亲爱，就能做出大事来。”兄弟俩从中悟出了道理，后来团结一致，把一个家庭搞得很兴旺，闻名整个宁远县。从此，九疑山下的家家户户，每到春节必做肉馅豆腐，以象征一家人和睦相处。
　　肉馅豆腐制作技术很讲究。首先要做好水豆腐，然后用茶油炸成象桃子一样大小匀称，色黄，有韧性，中间空心的泡豆腐。其次用八成瘦肉，二成肌肉，拌以少许蒜白，红辣椒、食盐、小粉和去皮的荸荠等佐料，一起剁碎，做成馅。再将馅掬进泡豆腐里，把豆腐挤成圆鼓鼓的一砣，这叫生肉馅豆腐丸子。然后将生豆腐丸子放入锅内煮，煮时火要大，水要适量，直煮到豆腐表皮起了一层层皱纹，汤刚好干，再放入小量豆豉水和芡粉，就成了味道鲜美的肉馅豆腐。

传太平天国起义初期，太平军首领洪秀全率众将士攻下了永州城，当地老百姓为慰劳起义军，也前往军中与厨子一起下厨。可是在杀鸭拔毛时，鸭身上的细毛却怎么也拔不干净。这时临近开宴了，一位老厨子急中生智，先是把鸭肉砍成块，下锅炒好后再将生鸭血倒进鸭肉里，继续炒拌成糊状，这样一来，鸭块上的细毛自然看不见了。到了开宴时间，一碗碗拌有鸭血的鸭肴全部端上了桌。这时有人问老厨子这叫什么菜，老厨子结结巴巴答不上来。最后还是洪秀全之妹洪宣娇说了句：就叫它“永州血鸭”吧。于是“永州血鸭”便由此而得名，并一直流传至今。经过历代永州厨界精英潜心钻研、精心烹制，“永州血鸭”以其独特的口味闻名于世。

宁远文庙位于宁远古城西廓九疑山风景名胜区，是祀我国古代思想家、教育家孔子的庙堂，又是古代社会官办的学堂，它是庙学合一的教育机构，是传播儒文化的神圣殿堂。
文庙，又名学宫。位于湖南省宁远县城西南隅，原建于汉泠道故城（今名东城），宋乾德三年（965年）随县城迁建于此。文庙是中国古代社会里儒家文化的代表性建筑，是祭祀历史文化名人也子和唯一官司办的学府，是中国封建社会里庙、学合一的教育机构。宁远文庙在我国现存的文庙真建筑（含也庙、文宣王庙、学宫、夫子庙、先师庙）中，是始建年代最早，保存最完整的两座建筑之一，南北长170.8米，东西宽60.2米，占地10282平方米，其规模在全国现丰文庙中屈指可数。
宁远文庙以精美的石雕著称，特别是20根整体高5米的灰色大理石蟠龙舞凤石雕柱采用高浮雕镂空工艺，十分精美，为全国古建筑中所仅有的，具有极高的艺术价值。被人们称为“国宝”，庙内众多有石雕装饰相互辉映，包括了石雕的全部工艺手法，犹如一座完美的石雕工艺博物馆。
宁远文庙自北宋以来，历经宋、元、明、清十余次维修及重修，后存建筑为清代同治十二年（1873年）至光绪八年（1882）时所重修。整座文庙建筑规划合理，结构科学，排水迅速、房屋装修艺术的地方风格、民族风格十分浓烈。体现了古代劳动人们的聪明才智和创造力。1996年11月，经国务院公布为全国重点文物保护单位。
文庙建筑布局十分规范，建筑物采用前园后院中轴线对称式排列。主次分明，中思线上自南至北有泮池、极星门、大成门、大成殿、启圣殿，左右两侧分别有登圣坊、步贤坊、腾蛟门、起凤门、名宦祠、乡贤祠、明伦堂（今教室）、尊经阁（图书室）等建筑，建筑恢宏典雅，园中风荷满池，游鱼可数，绿树掩映，鸟语花香，院内廊坊相连，曲回环绕，清静幽雅。[2]宁远文庙座北朝南，东西宽60.2米，南北长170.8米。占地10282平方米。建筑物采用中轴线对称式布局，中轴线上自南至北建筑分别为照壁、泮池、棂星门、大成门、大成殿、崇圣祠；两侧对称式排列着登圣坊、步贤坊、腾蛟门、起凤门、乡贤祠、名宦祠、东西庑、尊经阁、明伦堂建筑。大成门及乡贤、名宦两祠建筑相连形成一道东西屏障，将文庙分隔成前园与后院两进院落，园中池映风荷，绿树扶荫，棂星门石坊峙立，一派中国园林景色；院内建筑，曲廊环回将东西庑、大成殿、尊经阁、明伦堂、崇圣祠连接在一起，为典型的中国四合院式建筑风格。中国石雕是宁远文庙建筑装饰的特色，它不仅拥有全国古建筑中唯一的龙凤石柱群石雕，还有月台围栏石雕、丹陛石雕、棂星门石坊石雕，及三对立狮石雕，这些石雕的工艺手法囊括了高浮雕、镂孔、浅浮雕、线刻等，工艺精湛，造型生动，线条柔和。壮观的石雕与朱梁黄瓦的宫殿式建筑相映生辉。
