我头发一直是长直发，以前拉直过一次，现在不那么直了，特别是刘海有些卷，想再去做下拉直，朋友说做软化效果也不错。所以想问下大家头发是做软化好还是做拉直的效果好？两者有什么区别呢？
在效果上，软化没有拉直那么的直和顺，但是软化会比拉直自然，做了拉直也就是很明显的发现头发是不自然的直顺，而软化就是把你的自然卷或是以前烫的卷软化掉，变得相对比较直比较垂。
在过程上来说拉直只比软化多一道工序，软化就是用药水，而拉直是用完药水之后再用直板夹熨一下。
在伤害上，本来用药水就是伤害头发了，再用直板夹加热熨的话就是二度伤害。所以拉直是更伤害头发的了。

1、其实两样差别不大的，两样的做法是一样的，只不过拉只必须是要夹板夹过的，用夹板夹过它的光泽度会比较好，而头发的起来比较死板的不太自己。而软化它只是把头发软化到位了，最后在定型，软化它同时也可以把你比较粗硬的头发变的比较细致些。软化是一款非常自然的一种烫发。
2、软化就是把头发原有的状态改变，也就是说软化膏改变头发里面的链键组织，然后重新排列，达到我们想要的效果。软化过的头发会使你的头发不哪么翘翘了但是头发会变的干燥，泛黄，开叉等。拉过直的头发虽然伤害稍微大一点，但是不会使头发看上去哪么糟糕，起码很亮很顺。这点软化是达不到的。
3、通过我做的比较，简单一点说，二者的药水差异不大，也就是说，在化学伤害方面接近。
拉直，因为使用高温夹板，所以还会带来一定程度上的物理伤害。不过，的确，拉直的头发在短时间内会显得乌黑发亮，同时非常直，贴合你的头皮，但是，仔细看起来不太自然。
软化，省掉夹板一项，所以不会直得那么呆板，但是，短时间内的效果不会像拉直一样集中。如果必须在而这种选择，对于直的程度不大，那么，软化即可。不过，如果可能的话，两者均不建议，多做头部和头发护理更好。
