RHEL5 x64上安装WAS6的问题求助?[结贴]

本问题已解决
双Xeon主机, 安装了RHEL5 x64 Server版.现在要安装 WAS6 32bit版
执行install时包如下错,无法启动安装界面
WAS/install
InstallShield Wizard
Initializing InstallShield Wizard...
Searching for Java(tm) Virtual Machine...
........The installer is unable to run in graphical mode. Try running the installer with the -console or -silent flag.
在google上找了一下,好像是说X11包的问题,没有32-bit XWindows(X11) 的库文件造成的。
RHEL5对X11的库好像有些改动,我已经将如下libXp系列的包都装上了
libXp-devel-1.0.0-8.1.el5.i386.rpm
libXp-devel-1.0.0-8.1.el5.x86_64.rpm
libXpm-devel-3.5.5-3.x86_64.rpm
libXpm-3.5.5-3.x86_64.rpm
libXp-1.0.0-8.1.el5.i386.rpm
libXpm-3.5.5-3.i386.rpm
libXpm-devel-3.5.5-3.i386.rpm
libXp-1.0.0-8.1.el5.x86_64.rpm
但是还是不行,哪位兄弟知道怎么办?
我在相同软硬件配置的备用机上可以安装oracle10g,应该x11的lib不存在问题了,但是该机器上WAS6也安装不上.

查了一下/tmp的logs.txt
总是报这个错

再装了好几十个包后终于解决了. 是libXmu的几个包没有装的原因.

本问题总结:
遇到&The installer is unable to run in graphical mode&一般是由于IBM Java SDK 1.x 不能正确初始化GUI 模式导致:
请按以下顺序检查并安装相关库包:
compat-gcc-7.3-2.96.122
compat-libstdc++-7.3-2.96.122
compat-libstdc++-devel-7.3-2.96.122
compat-glibc-7.x-2.2.4.32.5
compat-gcc-c++-7.3-2.96.122
compat-db-4.0.14-5
rpm-build-4.2.1-4.2
libXp-1.0.0-8.1.el5.i386.rpm
libXmu-1.0.2-5
libXau-1.0.1-3.1
注意图形起不来都是因为缺少X11的32bit的包导致.一定要把上面列出的32bit的装上.
最后是关于远程X11的问题:
可以 export DISPLAY=ip:0.0一下.
最后,最后不行的话:
可以使用silent模式安装
例如: install -options &/opt/IBM/WebSphere/silentFiles/myresponsefile.txt& -silent -log # !/opt/IBM/WebSphere/myOptionFiles/log.txt @ALL
