&& 今年教的高二理科班英语，接手后 发现学生英语成绩极差，满分150分，大多数学生只能考70分，自然学生对英语没有兴趣，没有动力，在课堂上不听讲，不配合，说闲话。我们也想了很多办法来提高学生的学习英语的兴趣和帮他们树立学好英语的信心，课前播放英语歌曲、英语电影介绍英语学习方法等等。这些做法也取得了一些成效。但是英语的学习是一个漫长的过程，只有让学生们真切的感受到他们在一点一滴的取得进步才能真正的激发他们学习的激情和动力。我们最近采取了一项活动“英语一日一句 ”效果明显。我们要求学生每人有一个小本，小到像手掌一样大，可以放到口袋里。然后选取一些简单有用的小短文，每天下晚自习后在黑板上写一句，要求学生记在小本上，利用零碎时间记忆。老师在课前提问，坚持一周后学生欣喜的发现他们可以流利地背会了一篇文章，两周两篇。现在每天早上一进班拿出小本记每日一句 ，课前读每日一句成了大多数同学的自觉行为 ，甚至在课堂上被提问背诵每日一句几乎成为有些学生展示的时刻，流利背诵会得到赞许的掌声。这让学生有了成就感和自信心。大家相信英语一日一句 ，一点一滴 ，我们一定可以走向成功。下面是我们已经掌握的两篇小文章&&&&& Rome wasn’t built in one dayLearning English is like building a house .Laying a strong foundation is the first and important step .In other words, you should read and speak English every day.
